   The three-in-one filter washing and drying machine is equipped with hollow spiral belt stirring and equipment jackets, which are all drying heat medium circulation systems to ensure that the material receives heat to a large extent.    The filter washing and drying machine (commonly known as "three-in-one" in the industry) can realize the continuous process of filtering, washing, drying, sterilizing and unloading materials. Its operation mode belongs to batch operation (intermittent operation) and is widely used in pharmaceuticals. , Food, pesticide, chemical industry and other fields. The filter washing and drying machine is mainly composed of a vertical tank in the pressure part, a heating system, a stirring system (agitating shaft, agitating paddle, mechanical seal, etc.), a stirring lifting mechanism, a transmission mechanism, a filter medium, a discharge valve, a spray device, It is composed of sterilization device, hydraulic pump station, main electric control cabinet (including frequency converter, PLC) and other components, which realizes the integration of machine, electricity and instrument.

Filtering, washing and drying three-in-one process

1. Filtration

  The solid-liquid mixture crystal slurry produced by the upstream reaction kettle or crystallization equipment is discharged into the tank body of the three-in-one equipment, and the pressure difference is used as the driving force to achieve the filtration and separation of the solid-liquid mixture. Practical applications include pressurized pressure filtration, vacuum suction filtration, and combined pressure and vacuum filtration. Pressurized pressure filter adopts clean compressed air, nitrogen or other inert gas, and the compressed gas should be selected according to the characteristics of the solid-liquid mixture. For example, if the solid-liquid mixture is easily oxidized or there is an explosive medium in the solid-liquid mixture, compressed air cannot be used, and an inert gas should be used. According to actual experience, the filtration pressure of general products in the pharmaceutical industry can be achieved from 0.2 to 0.3 MPa. Some products in the chemical or food industry require higher filtration pressures, and some pressures reach 1.0 MPa.


2. Washing

  After the filtration process is completed, the next process operation, washing, is required. The three-in-one equipment tank is equipped with a special spray device, which can evenly distribute the cleaning (washing) liquid in the tank. By turning on the stirring system, the stirring lifting mechanism, and the transmission mechanism, the blades can be rotated and moved vertically , So that the materials can be fully washed, and the impurities adhering to the surface of the crystal grains can be washed clean. The washing liquid and washing times used for washing should be determined according to the materials and production process characteristics.

3. Dry

  The drying process of the three-in-one equipment can use hot air drying or vacuum drying. When using hot air drying or vacuum drying, clean inert gas must be used, because dust will be generated during the drying process, and the operating environment of the equipment must be considered to be explosion-proof. At present, the mainstream drying process of three-in-one equipment is vacuum drying. The factors that affect the vacuum drying process are mainly the degree of vacuum, drying time, characteristics of the stirring blade and so on.

  The vacuum drying process uses a vacuum system to remove the inert gas in the tank to reduce the number of gas molecules and isolate the air. It is mainly suitable for materials that are easily oxidized and deteriorated, as well as for evaporating materials that require solvent recovery and heat-sensitive materials. Under vacuum, it can reduce the chance of material contamination, or inhibit the growth of certain bacteria, so it is especially suitable for drying sterile materials.
