Principle: The
    hot air enters the stirring and crushing drying chamber from the bottom of the dryer at the appropriate spraying speed through the inlet pipe, which produces strong shearing, blowing and rotating effects on the material, so the material is divided by centrifugation, shearing, collision and friction Micronization enhances heat and mass transfer. At the bottom of the dryer, the larger and more humid pellets are mechanically broken under the action of the agitator, and the particles with lower moisture content and smaller granularity are entrained and raised by the rotary airflow and further dried during the ascent. The gas-solid two-phase rotation flow, the solid-phase inertia is greater than the gas phase, the relative velocity between the solid-gas two phases is greater, strengthen the mass and heat transfer between the two phases, so the machine has high production intensity.
Features:

Working principle The
  wet material is continuously added from the feeder to the first layer of the drying tray on the upper part of the dryer. The rake arm with the raking blade makes a rotary motion to make the raking arm make a rotary motion so that the raking blade continuously copies the material. The material flows through the surface of the drying plate along an exponential spiral, and the material on the small drying plate is moved to the outer edge, and falls on the outer edge to the outer edge of the large drying plate below. On the large drying plate, the material moves inward and falls from the middle The material outlet falls into a small drying tray as follows. The drying trays of different sizes are arranged alternately up and down, so that the material can continuously flow through the entire dryer. A heating medium is introduced into the hollow drying tray. The heating medium is in the form of saturated steam, hot water and heat-conducting oil. The heating medium enters from one end of the drying tray and exits from the other end. The dried material falls from the last layer of drying tray to the bottom layer of the shell, and is finally transferred to the discharge port by the rake leaves. Moisture escapes from the material and is discharged from the moisture discharge port provided on the top cover. The moisture of the vacuum-type disk dryer is discharged from the vacuum pump port provided on the top cover. The dry materials discharged from the bottom layer can be directly packed. By adding fin heater, solvent recovery condenser, bag dust collector, dry material remixing mechanism, induced draft fan and other auxiliary machines, the drying production capacity can be improved.
